Adult Mindfulness – 1 to 1

I offer mindfulness, meditation and relaxation sessions, which can take place via an online video call or in person in my relaxing therapy room for one hour.

These sessions are for anyone who struggles to control their busy head and anxious thoughts, those who have trouble relaxing and/ or getting or staying asleep, those who feel hazy, ungrounded, unclear, those that have trouble emotionally regulating which has a detrimental impact on their own well being and those around them.

These sessions can be particularly helpful for parents, who want to learn how to control their own reactions, and develop a calmer more measured response to triggers from their children’s behaviour and learn how to successful co-regulate when their child themselves is in a state of distress. This can have a huge positive impact on all family relationships.

These session are tailor made for your individual needs, and I offer practical and grounded methods that are easy to apply in your everyday life. The focus is on getting you attuned to your own body’s needs, and simple techniques to keep you in the here and now.

Adult Mindfulness – Groups

I offer group mindfulness, meditation and relaxation sessions on a regular basis from my home. These can take the form of either advertising an event for people to join or if you are part of a group that would like to come and experience mindfulness meditation please do get in touch to discuss. One of my most popular groups was supporting SEN staff from a local school, I have also run a short workshop in a theatre room at local hospital for stressed out medical staff which proved to me it is possible to create calm in the most unlikely of places!

How does it work?

Prior to booking for either individual or group sessions, we will have a 20 minute discovery call to discuss your needs, and for me to explain more about how I work, if this is a fit then we go straight ahead and get you booked in.
